IEEE PES has negotiated a special group rate of US$185.00 per night for IEEE PES Joint Technical Committee attendees. The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is
exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently 14.5% Occupancy Tax, 2.5% GGTID
Assessment Fee and a 0.196% CA Tourism Tax), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific
fees in effect at the time of the Meeting.
Reservations must be made by 5:00pm Eastern Time on 19 December 2024 in order to get the group rate. Once when room block is sold out, the hotel will offer rooms/rates based upon availability.
Conference attendees must reference JTCM 2025 when making hotel reservations.
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so no later then 5:00pm on the arrival date.
